Use this button to review or change which cookies we may use, at any time. Choosing "Reject all" also serves as your opt-out of "sale" and "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising under California and other US state privacy laws.
We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal automatically. If your browser sends it, we treat analytics and marketing cookies as rejected without you having to do anything.
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) do the same job. We use the word "cookies" below to cover all of them.
Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically, because the site cannot function without them and the law does not require consent for them.
Everything else is off until you say yes. On your first visit we show a banner offering "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Manage preferences". Rejecting takes exactly one click, the same as accepting. No analytics or marketing script is loaded, and no such cookie is written, until you have opted in.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button at the top of this page. Withdrawing consent also deletes the analytics cookies already set.
We group cookies by what they are for. For each group below you can see who sets them, what they do, how long they last, and whether they run only with your consent. We have kept this at group level rather than listing every individual cookie by name β if you need that detail, see section 4.
| Group | What it does | Who sets it | How long it lasts | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in, holds your session and basket, protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and remembers the cookie choices you make here so we do not have to ask again on every page. | Mypixia (first party) | From the end of your browsing session up to 30 days; your cookie choices are kept until this policy changes or you clear them | Not required — the site cannot work without these |
| Sign-in | Authenticates you and refreshes your session when you sign in by email or with a social account. | Our authentication provider (third party) | Session, up to 30 days | Not required — only set when you sign in |
| Payment fraud prevention | Helps our payment processor detect fraudulent transactions. Set only on pages where a payment is taken. | Our payment processor (third party) | Up to 1 year | Not required — necessary to take payment securely |
| Analytics | Counts visitors and shows us which pages are used and where errors happen, so we can improve the site. Run with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode v2, so nothing is sent unless you opt in. | Google Analytics (third party) | Up to 2 years; analytics data is retained for 14 months | Only with your consent |
| Preferences | Remembers display choices such as recently viewed products and layout. | Mypixia (first party) | Up to 12 months | Only with your consent |
| Marketing | We do not currently run advertising or retargeting cookies. If we introduce them they will appear here first, and will only be set after you opt in to this group. | — | — | Only with your consent |
"Strictly necessary", "Sign-in" and "Payment fraud prevention" are exempt from consent because the service you asked for cannot be provided without them. Everything else is off until you turn it on.
If you want the specific cookies within any group — their individual names, exact lifetimes and the third parties involved — we will provide it. Email [email protected] or use our privacy request form, and we will respond within one month (EEA/UK) or 45 days (US state privacy laws).
You can also inspect exactly what is stored on your own device at any time through your browser's developer tools, under Storage or Application.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you being able to sign in or check out. Browser controls are per-device and per-browser, so you would need to repeat them elsewhere β using the button at the top of this page is usually easier.
