MyPixia sellers and customers may only use artwork, photos, logos and text they own or have permission to use. If you believe something on MyPixia infringes your copyright or trademark, tell us with the form below and we will act on it.
This page follows the notice-and-takedown procedure of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). We use the same procedure for trademark complaints. Last updated 8 November 2026.
A notice must contain everything the form asks for, or the law does not treat it as a notice and we cannot act on it. If you are not the rights owner, you must be authorised to act for them. Everything you send, including your name and contact details, may be given to the person who posted the content, who may answer it.
Removed files are kept privately for a period so the content can be put back if a valid counter-notice succeeds; after that they are deleted.
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. Sellers can do this in the merchant portal under Products → Copyright notices. Anyone else can email [email protected] with the reference of the notice and:
We send a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us, within 10 business days, that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we put the content back between 10 and 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice.
Each removal under a notice counts as a strike against the account that posted the content. A strike lasts 12 months and is withdrawn if the content is restored. We close the account of anyone with three active strikes, and may close an account sooner in appropriate cases.
Notices may also be sent by post or email to our designated copyright agent:
