Returns & FAQs

Everything about returns, refunds, delivery and how Mypixia works. Every item is made to order by an independent seller, so a few things work differently here than at a shop selling from a warehouse.

The short version:

You can request a return for any reason within 30 days of placing your order. We email you a prepaid return label straight away. Once the seller confirms your item is back, the product amount is refunded to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

How to return an order

  1. Start the return from your account. Go to Orders, open the order, and choose Request a refund. Telling us why is optional β€” it just helps the seller improve.
  2. We email your prepaid label. It arrives immediately, along with a return tracking number. You pay nothing for return postage.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days. Pack it securely, attach the label, and drop the package with the carrier.
  4. Your refund is issued. Once the seller confirms the item has arrived, the product amount goes back to your original payment method. You can follow the status the whole way in Orders.

What you get back

What can't be returned this way

None of that is a dead end. If your item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, contact support whatever the date and we'll sort it out with the seller directly.

Frequently asked questions

Who actually makes my order?

An independent seller β€” a printer, embroiderer, sign maker, tailor or crafter running their own business on Mypixia. They produce, package and ship what you buy. Mypixia provides the storefront, the design studio, payments and order management, and steps in when something goes wrong.

How long will my order take?

Every item is made to order, so production time depends on the seller and the work involved β€” a printed shirt is quicker than an engraved plaque or a tailored suit. Delivery estimates for each shipping option are shown at checkout, and you get a tracking number by email once the parcel is on its way.

What if the seller never confirms my order?

Sellers have 24 hours to acknowledge a new order. If one doesn't, we cancel the order automatically and refund you in full β€” you don't need to chase anything or contact us.

Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?

Contact the seller through Messages as soon as you can. Once production has begun β€” printing, embroidery, engraving, sewing or other handwork β€” the order can no longer be cancelled or changed, because it's being made specifically for you. If it's already too late, you can still start a return once it arrives.

Can I talk to the seller about my design before it's made?

Yes, and we'd encourage it for anything custom. You can message sellers from your account, and sellers can invite you to collaborate on the design itself β€” you both review the artwork and agree the details before production starts. Your active collaborations live under Collaborations.

How do I track my order?

Open Orders in your account. Each order shows its current status, and tracking details appear once the seller ships it.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping options are set by each seller. Available destinations, prices and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay. Any customs or import duties are the recipient's responsibility.

Is it safe to pay on Mypixia?

Payments are processed by Stripe. Mypixia never sees or stores your full card details.

Who owns the designs I upload?

You do. You keep the rights to your artwork, and you confirm you're allowed to use it when you submit it β€” see our Terms and Conditions for the detail.

I want to sell my own work on Mypixia.

If you make things β€” printed, embroidered, handcrafted, engraved or sewn β€” you can open a store at merchant.mypixia.com.
