Make a privacy request

Use this form to exercise your rights over the personal information we hold about you. You do not need to be signed in.

We respond within one month if you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland (extendable by two months for complex requests, and we will tell you), and within 45 days under US state privacy laws. We will usually contact you first to verify your identity, so that we do not disclose or delete someone's data on the strength of an unverified request.
We use this to find your records and to reply to you.
This tells us which law applies and therefore which deadline we must meet.
